ABOUT ME
My name is Riley Burcaw, and I am an illustrator based in Tampa, Florida. My work aims to illustrate the complex beauty of nature, animals, and the human form. I make all of my art digitally and use a warm color palette with various textures overlayed throughout it.
I am inspired by Greek mythology, baroque, and classical art and utilize many elements of these in my work. While dipping into the classics and adding an element of surprise, my art is regal yet contemporary. It makes you feel like you are brought to another time but still based on today’s values and techniques of the modern art world.
